For all occupations are the following requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of (recent) experience in the ocupation you want to do in Canada.
Age prefable between 25 and 45 years, isn't a must but also better for the candidate self
Sufficient till good knowledge of the English language in speaking, understanding (comprehension), writing and reading.
We must be able to get references from former employers.
Good health.
No criminal record.
Can do without problems alcohol- and drugstest, especially operators of trucks and heavy machines.

DWCC works with a couple of criteria on which it is impossible for workers to join our program. These criteria are:

not enough experience.
Unable to get good references.
No police clearance.
Drugs- or alcoholtest will be positive.
Not a good health.
